Re-Examination of Law Prelims exams are cancelled and dates of Final examination will declare soon

Aurangabad.

            The protest was held in the Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) by students of M.P. Law college. The students were protesting against the decision taken by the university that due to two same questions arises in the preliminary exam of M.P.Law College and university has been decided to take exams again. Students of Pre Law and First year will have to appear for a re-examination of Microeconomics and Contract. Students are raising questions against the Examination section of University. This is the mistake and irresponsibility of University and why should students face due to mismanagement.
           Students are agitating that if one college has similar questions as University’s Prelims then why every student of other colleges should suffer re-examination process. As a result, the University’s examination committee had a meeting yesterday. This decision of Re-examination has been deleted and centres of final examination have decided again. Even the panel to set question paper for final paper has also shuffled and new members in the panel were appointed. Papers of Pre- Law Contract and Microeconomics will be cancelled for prelims and it will directly appear in Final exams. Due to upcoming general elections, dates of exams will change and postpone but the dates of law exams have finalized that will not change but will declare soon on the official website of University.
